Since Baucom understands this, he gives motivational tips and such as well to keep you on track after reading the plan of action. Remember though, this is not a small thing. Your marriage is very important, and you need to treat it as such.
One thing I need to point out though is this book will focus on ways to help you change. If the other person in your life is the one who needs to change, well maybe they could read through the ebook as well at another time. Leo Baucom likes to use Save The Marriage as a tool to help the person reading it, not to con the other person into doing what the reader wants them to do.
All in all, I was very pleased with my purchase. I know most people are not crazy about spending money on something like this, but in reality it is much cheaper (and more effective) than going to counselors to talk things through. To get any results that way you would need to go to multiple sessions.
